Who we are

EuroCarShip is an online platform that connects shippers with vehicle carriers. We are not a transport company and do not handle vehicles or payments.

Data we collect

• Account data — name, email, password (hashed), role (shipper / carrier).
• Listings — load and route information you post, including pickup and delivery cities, vehicle details and notes.
• Company data — for carriers, your company name, description, contact details, countries served.
• Offers, reports, advertising inquiries you submit.
• Basic technical data — browser type, approximate location, pages visited, for security and analytics.

How we use data

• To operate the platform and let shippers and carriers find each other.
• To prevent fraud, spam and abuse (e.g. rate-limit and honeypot checks).
• To send in-app notifications about your offers, loads and inquiries.
• To display approved advertisements on relevant pages.

Who can see your contact details

Contact details (phone, email) of shippers and carriers are visible only to logged-in users. Guests see anonymized public listing information only.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to run the platform (hosting, database, maps, email delivery if/when enabled).

Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data. Contact us at info@eurocarship.com or via the Contact page.

Retention

We keep account and listing data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time, after which we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal record-keeping obligations.
