Welcome to EuroCarShip. By using this website you agree to the following terms.

1. What EuroCarShip is

EuroCarShip is an online platform that connects people who need to transport vehicles ("shippers") with companies that move vehicles ("carriers"). EuroCarShip is not a transport company and does not own, operate or supervise any vehicles, drivers or fleets.

2. No guarantee of performance

We do not verify, endorse or guarantee the performance, qualifications, pricing, licensing, insurance or conduct of any carrier or shipper listed on the platform. Users are solely responsible for:

  • Verifying transporters, including their licenses, insurance and documents.
  • Negotiating and confirming pricing, pickup, delivery and condition checks.
  • Ensuring their listings, vehicles, documents and customs paperwork are accurate and legal.

3. No payments processed

In this version of the platform EuroCarShip does not process payments, deposits or escrow. All payment arrangements are made directly between the shipper and the carrier.

4. Advertising placements

Some carrier listings are clearly marked as paid promotional placements ("ads", "featured"). Paid placements are advertising — they are not an endorsement, certification or guarantee of the advertiser by EuroCarShip.

5. Acceptable use

Users must not post fake, illegal, misleading or duplicate loads, fake routes, fake offers, fraudulent contact details, or content that infringes third-party rights. We may remove any content and suspend accounts that breach these terms.

6. Contact details

Contact details of shippers and carriers are visible only to logged-in users to reduce spam and abuse. By registering, you agree that other registered users may see your provided contact details for transport coordination purposes.

7. Limitation of liability

EuroCarShip is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, EuroCarShip is not liable for any damage, loss or dispute arising from interactions between shippers and carriers, including delays, damage to vehicles, payment disputes, or cancellations.

8. Changes

We may update these terms over time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
